Bugs

* Not combapible with macintel
  * compile universal binary on Tiger?

* Few users have installation problems:
  * No InputManagers folder
  * Creating InputManagers with a typo
  * Copying the contents of Safe Terminal instead of the whole folder

* If the terminal is open, no warning is shown when double clicking 
  test.command. reported on 10.4.4. 
  * Can't reproduce on 10.4.5 (Danny Rosin)

Features
========

* Make complete pdf or rtfd ReadMe with simpler project page in the
  site?
* Installer pakcage with localized (html) readme? will prevent installation
  errors, and enable having one file disk image, with readme, license
  and code.
